Vinyasa is a dynamic joyful practice where you flow from one pose to another together with the breath. Will strengthen and stretch both – your body and your mind.Yin is a low paced practice where you stay in a pose 3-5 minutes. Will stretch those tight muscles and work your deep tissues through while allowing you to internally connect on a deeper level.Restorative is a very slow paced practice with lots of props and easy, gentle asana. Will reduce stress, restore and detoxify the body and mind.Prenatal yoga is a gentle practice for moms-to-be. Helps to prepare the body and the mind for the birth.Singing bowls are a unique and effective way to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Welcome to my space! My name is Lilly, and I am a certified yoga therapist, yoga instructor, and Himalayan Kriya yoga facilitator. My yoga journey began in 2005 and has been a source of love and support during life's challenges ever since.My classes are created with a playful and light energy, while still providing a reasonably challenging experience for my students. I will offer you ways to mindfully explore the body-mind connection, feel the breath, notice emotions, and find the space inside of you.
My passionate approach inspires my students to grow, shift their frequency, attune to their inner flow, and notice positive changes in their lives.
I primarily offer yoga therapy, vinyasa and restorative yoga classes, I also facilitate Himalayan Kriya Yoga and sound-healing classes. I am committed to helping my students heal and find balance, and I believe in exploring different approaches to yoga and healing.I am honoured to share my love of yoga with others and to guide them on their own journeys of healing, self-discovery and growth.
